Prices and delivery
Information concerning retail price, as well as any postage and packages, are displayed clearly on each product.
VAT
All our products are subject to VAT except SAD lamps which are excempt from VAT providing you self-certify that you are buying and using them for medical purposes.
Payment
All prices are in pound (£) sterling for the UK; for orders outside the UK, costs will be based on the currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by any method specified. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
30-day money back guarantee
As part of our quality service, we are happy to offer a 30-day money back guarantee on many of our products. The specific guarantee offered is shown as part of the specific product’s description and information. This guarantee is applicable only to mainland UK. For a request to return any product, simply telephone or email us to inform.
For a full refund of the purchase price, products must have been received by Psychology For You Limited, or any of its agents, and found to be in good condition. If the products are found to be damaged in any way, which is not consistent with the normal use of the product, then a refund cannot be given (a part refund will be made at the sole discretion of Psychology For You Limited). All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs will be deducted from the total money refunded.
Refunds will be sent to the customer's postal address or refunded to their bank account/card (depending on how the initial transaction was completed) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Product guarantees are given under the product information on the Psychology4you.com website and product information contained with the product; no other guarantees shall be assumed.
In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days starting the day after you received your products.
Defective products
If the products are found to be defective on delivery then the buyer must inform Psychology For You Limited within 7 working days, in which case the products will be either returned for a full-refund or returned for exchange of intact products. In the case of defective products, Psychology For You Limited shall have no further liability.
Psychology for You Limited shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any willful damage, negligence, subjection to normal conditions, failure to follow the instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration of the products without prior approval, or any other act or omission on the part of the buyer, its employees or agents or any third party.
When you return a product, for whatever reason, the buyer will pay the cost of postage and packaging. Products should be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition. When returning items through the post, proof of posting should be obtained.
We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.
The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK law.
